At Postur Pilates, we want getting your equipment to you to be as simple and predictable as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after they are placed. This allows us time to carefully prepare your order and make sure everything is ready before it leaves our facility.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Because delivery times can vary based on destination, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control, shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
From the time you place your order, you can generally expect your Postur Pilates equipment to arrive within approximately 6–22 business days.
For larger or heavier equipment, delivery may require additional handling by the carrier. In some cases, the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can follow its progress. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order leaves our facility.
